Archery: The first competition for blind people!

On May 14, the 1st Zero Discrimination Run took place at the Central Stadium of OAKA, with the participation of the Lighthouse of the Blind of Greece, in the archery competition. The race was organized by the Runners of Hope, in collaboration with the Association of Participants in Olympic Games ) and the Hellenic Paralympic Association (SEP), with the support of Tihio Race and the auspices of OAKA and transmitted a resounding message, in favor of equality in social inclusion and against discrimination, which the UN has proclaimed with great emphasis. The archery athletes visually impaired, they proved in the race that there are no goals that are not achievable. With perseverance, will, concentration and mental strength, they showed all the children and adults who participated, in the Zero Discrimination Run, that all human fears and difficulties can be overcome.
